Term and conditions:

The cheaper apartment has to be situated in Bansko Royal Towers Complex and should have the same (or better) characteristics of our booked apartment:
1) same type and size
2) same floor
3) same numbers of sleeps (beds + sofa beds)
4) same panoramic view (gardens and mountain view)
5) same or comparable numbers of extras.


The dates of check in and checkout have obviously to be the same. The difference between the price paid and the better price will be refund after an on-site check of the characteristics of the cheaper apartment within 30 days from the reservation. If the owner of the cheaper apartment does not allow our management to make this check, we are sorry but we cannot apply the guarantee.
